VoiceMaxxing does not sell your data for advertising. Core voice analysis can run on-device; optional cloud features require explicit consent.

Information we process

Recordings, Voice Score results, and acoustic features
Goals, exercise completions, score history, and preferences
Apple transaction ID and subscription status; never full card details
Error and security diagnostics
If you join early access: email, language, page, and UTM source

Website measurement

Without cookies or advertising identifiers, the site may measure CTA and waitlist conversions using event name, language, page, campaign parameters, and approximate country. We do not store IP addresses in the analytics table.

Recordings

If you enable cloud analysis, a recording may be sent over an encrypted connection to Cloudflare. Local recordings older than 30 days are removed by the app. We aim to retain cloud recordings only as needed for analysis and security, and no longer than 30 days.

Sharing

Limited data may be processed by Apple and Cloudflare where required to provide selected features. We do not sell your data for advertising.
