REAL PRACTICE SCRIPTS

Speaking voice exercises you can actually follow

Each exercise below defines the goal, exact text, repetition count, duration, and stop condition—the same structure used by VoiceMaxxing.

3 MIN · PACE

Meaningful pauses

Pause at idea boundaries instead of stretching words.

  1. 1 repeat: “I have three suggestions today / first I’ll define the problem / then I’ll share the solution.” Pause for about half a second at each slash.
  2. 4 repeats: Read it again. Keep silence at the slashes; do not drag the words.
  3. 30 seconds: Something I did today → why it mattered → my next step tomorrow.
4 MIN · CLARITY

Articulation contrast

Increase precision, then bring the movement back to natural speech.

  1. 3 repeats: “I will share three important points in the meeting.” Speak naturally.
  2. 4 repeats: Slightly enlarge lip and tongue movement; finish consonants without getting louder.
  3. 5 repeats: Reduce the exaggeration by half while keeping clear endings.
3 MIN · VARIETY

Contrastive emphasis

Highlight one meaning unit with pitch, duration, and energy—without shouting.

  1. I will finish this project today.
  2. I will finish THIS PROJECT today.
  3. I will finish this project TODAY.

Say each line once, then speak freely for 30 seconds with one key word per sentence.

Safety: Stop for pain, burning, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or marked hoarseness. These exercises are not clinical therapy.
